Our California Merlot expresses itself with black cherry and overripe raspberry characters on the nose and palate, all with underlying herbal qualities. The wine is medium bodied, with a rich almost juicy texture. Soft, supple tannins provide balance and elegance for pleasurable drinking on its own or to be easily paired with foods. We recommend pairing this wine with roasted lamb, polenta with meat stew, or penne all'arrabbiata. Alcohol Level: 13.3%
