The unique blend of Italian varietals was co-fermented in small stainless tanks to preserve the bright fruit flavors. This food friendly and well-balanced wine features flavors of red cherry with aromas of vanilla, white pepper and spice. It is a wine that is full of bright red fruit which is integrated nicely with toasty oak nuances and finishes with amazing elegance. Production: 444 cases (12x750ml) Wine Club: $24.00

ompletely fruit driven with a soft, supple finish. Nothing profound about this wine, it is simply a crowd pleaser.
Flavors of ripe blackberry, dark plum, cherry, and cassis. Hints of bell peppers with spice and anise notes along with tones of toasted oak and roasted coffee. This is a complex deep wine with rich ripe tannins with powerful finish. Needs big beef dishes, such as brisket. Drink after 2012.
The color is light of pale gold; very clear. The nose is full bodied, lots of barrel. Harsher than a chardonnay, but for the experienced pallate. The initial taste is the same as the nose. The follow-through has a moderate mouth coat, which lingers for about 30 seconds. This wine pairs well with heavy fish, pork chops or pork tenderloin.
Great Cabernet. Smooth, aromas of fruit.
