Reviews

Year in and year out, one of Napa Valley's most respected Cabs, offering both pedigree and tremendous value. With the release of vintage 2001, we celebrate the inclusion of fruit from our new vineyard in Calistoga. Situated at the extreme north end of the Napa Valley and nestled against the western hills, the moderating influence of cooler air from the neighboring Russian River Valley allows these grapes to ripen slowly and fully. Turning heads wherever it goes. Estate Vineyard Sources: 92% Estate Grown, Oakville, Napa Valley; 8% Turnbull owned and farmed vineyards, Calistoga, Napa Valley

Its deep! Its dark! Its unmistakably hillside! Chocolate-covered cherries and the enticing nuance of violets create the foundation for the opulent and jammy flavors that follow. Deepened further with each taste by a layer of toasty oak, this wine is also exceptionally bright with an elegant silky finish. Serve with salmon, beef or your favorite chocolate dessert! The blend is 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Merlot.
