Turley Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley Grist Vineyard 2003

Winemaker's Notes:

Zinfandel: "The 2003 Zinfandel Grist Vineyard (250 cases from rocky volcanic mountaintop soils) tips the scales at a whopping 15.7% alcohol, but it is completely concealed behind copious quantities of briery and raspberry fruit as well as some peppery, loamy soil notes. With excellent acidity, a cool climate character, good ripeness, and plenty of power, it should be consumed over the next 4-5 years." RP
