A new addition to Turkey Flat's already impressive stable of wines. The winemaker has taken this classic Rhone varietal, beefed it up and produced a wine that packs a real punch - this is no wallflower. Truffles, raisins and red berry fruits intermingle on the nose and in the mouth it's fresh raspberries, chocolate, figs and spice. Drink 2007 . £14
