Tulbagh Mountain Vineyards Viktoria 2005

External Review by WineChateau.com:

Deep lemon-straw colour. A forward nose of green citrus, with cloves and floral perfumes. Some flinty notes initially in the background, coming forward as the wine breathes. The palate is full, rich and has a mineral core, with fresh, clove-like finish. Best served at 10 to 12 C, and will show best decanted in the first 3 years after bottling.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
