Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

Not Eligible for Further Discounts!Tasting Notes:Nose: We knew this would be a winner upon first sniff! Enticing scents that scream "Pinot" - cherry and berry and cassis and a most pleasant spiciness.Palate:An amazing pinot with great balance, tasty fruit character, great balance and structure and enough acidity to make your mouth water for more. We found ripe Bing cherries with hints of violet, earth and pencil lead; tannins that will diminish with time and a pleasantly crisp acidity. Wonderful, long finish (though we applaud the restrained use of oak).Tasting Notes:Nose: We knew this would be a winner upon first sniff!
