This shows a lot of toasty, smoky, slightly vanillin tinged oak on the nose over rich, spicy pineapple and lemon fruit. There’s a lot going on here and while this really isn’t my style of Chardonnay it is fresh and complex. On the palate this has nice weight, it’s rich and creamy but fairly seamlessly blends in all that softness and wood spice with a broad, luxurious mouthfeel. The finish is a bit bumpy, needing a bit more time to fully integrate but it’s long, with a nice dried fruit character. 91pts

Super oaky aromas, but there's a bit of fruit there too, citrus and pears. The palate is mellow and smooth, some acidity there but pretty creamy, too. It's a very toasty wine, so if you like that style I'd give this a try.

filled with oak, very nutty, some hazelnuts. all in all, a buttery vanilla bomb with a creamy finish

Super oaky toasty bready nose. Bakery mouthfeel with lots of soft bruised fruit but a decent amount of acidity to boot. Grainy creamy finish. A fun chard.

Very oaky nose of green apples and vanilla. Medium attack, very buttery and oaky. Really the oak dominates throughout. Spicy finish with some red apple flavors. Oak bomb.

It opens like a 2 x 4 of oak to the face, so toasty it nearly smacks of popcorn. Lemon meringue, sun-baked earth, and buttery corn kernels in the mouth.
