- Still extremely youthful although there are lime and kerosene notes too. I have to admit this wine should ideally be kept, even though I have drunk every bottle from the case I bought in the early 1990s. (The Trimbachs say it hasn't changed in the last five years.) Lively. Great definition. Dancing. Not especially powerful but very very steely and classic Alsace Riesling.
