What to Expect

Riesling is a chameleon of a grape, able to produce world class wines that range from bone dry to unctuously sweet. Germany is most closely associated with Riesling, where all styles are made and the range of flavors runs the gamut from steely and crisp with crunchy mineral-driven flavors to fresh lime, apple and peach flavored expressions - even rich honied, candied fruit tones in the great dessert wines.

Reviews

A family-run winery since 1626 with some of the best Grand Cru vineyards in Alsace. This, the basic Riesling, is delicate yet firm, fresh, dry and finely mineral.

Tasting Notes - Pure, subdued aromas of citrus peel, flowers and menthol. Pure and intense for this basic-level Riesling, with good grip to the very dry flavors of white peach, lemon, flowers and minerals. Finishes with good length and focus.
