The wine is golden in color with a fruity, zesty, citrus nose. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied, showing apple and ripe citrus fruit flavors with balanced acidity and an exceptionally smooth finish. This is a wine with instant appeal and approachability, making it a perfect introduction to the wines of Alsace. This is a wine to be enjoyed with everything, but it pairs particularly well with white meats, seafood and pasta.
