- Gewurztraminer is a rich, full-bodied wine, gifted with a marvelous bouquet of flowery aromas and a touch of spice which subtly envelopes the palate. A wine to savor by itself, or with desserts or rich, unctuous cheeses such as Roquefort, Bleu de Bresse, Pont l'Evêque, and Munster. Also goes well with exotic spices of Indian, Oriental and Moroccan cuisine.
