Triennes Viognier Vin de Pays du Var Sainte-Fleur 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

Triennes is a joint venture between Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of DRC. Its Sainte Fleur bottling is explosive on the nose with apricot, honeysuckle and honey aromas. It has great power and intensity, combined with a beautiful balance between richness, acidity and minerality. Some of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, while the rest is blocked at an earlier stage to retain its freshness. 100% stainless steel.
