The wine drinks more like a Sauvignon Blanc than a Chardonnay. It has a long finish and is a bit heavier than an SB, but lacks the oak flavoring of a typical Chardonnay.

This Austrailian wine exhibits all the great characteristics of the Chardonnay grape without the manipulation of oak. Melon, herbs, and an underlining complexity dominate the flavor spectrum of this full-bodied wine. The finish is very clean, making this a wine with most seafood dishes. Pale gold. Fresh pear, nectarine and peach on the nose, with a bright floral quality adding verve. Firm, juicy orchard and pit fruit flavors are nicely lifted by talc-y minerals.
