The négociant house Trenel was founded in 1928 by Claude-Henri Trenel, and prospered greatly under his son, André. Today, Trenel is run by Hervé de Boissieu, assisted by Odile and Bruno Chambe, André's niece and nephew. The firm offers a wide range of meticulously crafted Beaujolais and Mâcon wines--all produced from old vines.
