RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Barrel aged 14 months in French oak 40% of which is new; this wine shows deep plum color with excellent clarity. The 2005 vintage of Treana Red has a deeply extracted, ruby hue and displays up-front flavors of ripe, dark fruit and exotic spice. Rich, explosive flavors of mulberry and plum are complemented by enticing mocha, tobacco and toasted oak notes. Depth and power come from Cabernet, while a Syrah component lends inviting fleshiness. The wine's full mouthfeel leads to a silky, lasting finish. Luxurious and well balanced now, the 2005 Treana Red will continue to increase in nuance and elegance over the next 10-12 years.
