Tasting Notes: Very intense fruity nose. Tropical fruits over floral background with touches of lime and camomile. On the palate it is round, soft, perfect balanced among sugar, acidity and alcohol. Persistent and refreshing finish Percentage Grape: 100% Sauvignon-Blanc Soil: The area has soil of poor organic matter, stony with good drainage with some calcareous soil appearing on the higher ground. Type of Harvest: Manual harvest by night to get grapes in best conditions Vinification Method: Slow fermentation at very low temperatures Vinification Temperature: 10 C Total Acidity: 5.70
