Winemaker's Notes:

Red color of medium intensity. Complex red fruit aromas of cherries and sour cherries with a subtle memory of toasted bread, vanilla and butterscotch. Excellent balance of fruit, acidity and sweetness.

Notes: Fermentation with selected yeasts up to 30g/l of residual sugar. Pneumatic pressing. End of alcoholic fermentation in French and American oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.Aged sur lies for six months in French and American oak barrels.
