The 2010 Trapiche Oak Cask Chardonnay is a vivid, bright yellow color with a fruity aroma of red apples and ripe pineapple and well balanced oak. The wine is clean and dry on the palate, with fresh acidity and a soft, long finish.

Notes: Fifty percent of the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels of second and third use, the other fifty percent went to stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation of fifty percent of the wine.
