Deep red in colour, this wine displays aromas of stone fruits such as plums, candied peach, cassis with white pepper and floral notes. Fresh and spicy nose. Very refreshing, ample and delicate palate with smooth, eleganttannins. A charming wine.
Notes: Co-Fermentation with 3% of whole Viognier bunche in oak vats. Fermentation undergo with native yeasts. Maceration during 18 days.Natural malolactic fermentation in new French fine grain barrels. Aged for 15 months in new French fine grain oak barrels
