Wine and Food This wine goes well with stuffed peppers, game, and meat dishes with spicy or sweet and sour sauces. Tasting Notes All the exuberant aroma traditionally found in an intense, ripe red wine, with a sensual background of fine spices in good balance with perfumed notes reminiscent of blackberries. Full, long finish on the palate
The Torres family surname has been linked with wine for more than three centuries, during which time our ancestors have worked vineyards in Penedès, a land with a millenarian tradition of wine. Our family has been dedicated to working the land, passing on their commitment from generation to generation.
Slightly alcoholic nose. Tart and tight in the mouth - its been open for 45 minutes, so not sure it will blow off. Decent fruit behind this. Bitter tannic finish. Decidedly average.
medium bodied, fruity wine and reasonably priced bottle from the "Spain's winery of the year". Simple and smooth on the palette.
An OK supermarket wine. It tastes better the next day.
Fruity characteristics, easy to drink socially. Not too complicated flavour. Good enough for the price you pay
