- Sickly cherry nose to this light red wine. Coffee/cocoa notes, though not appealing. In the mouth this wine has some strong tannins, though not well integrated and the plate is a thin as list of excuses to buy this wine. Nothing to this at all.

- Dark rhubarb in color, appearing viscous and thick in the glass. On the nose, I get a bit Robitussin, followed by toasted almond shells and chocolate. Ooh, can you say tart, empty, void of personality. With overwhelming and searingly strong tannins combined with a racy acidity that cuts the tip of my tongue in half, I'm not very pleased with this experience. Thinking the restart button needs to be used.
