This Chardonnay , light yellow with golden highlights, has aromas of exotic fruit, citrus and pineapple. It is an elegant wine with pear flavors and a delicate minerality with bright acidity that pairs well with a wide variety of foods. Tomaresca estate vineyards are located in the Southern Italian province of Puglia, which is situated in the "heel" of the Italian boot. It is called Tormarsca (tower by the sea) for teh many towers that line the coast of this beautiful region along the Adriatic sea.
