Appellation:Puglia I.G.T.Grapes: Chardonnay 100%Selection comes from the Minervino Murge (Ba) and San Pietro Vernotico (Br) estates. Vinification:The grapes are lightly pressed and the resulting must is placed in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10°C in order to obtain a natural clarification. A part of the wine is then poured into old barriques to undergo alcoholic and mallolattic fermentation in the presence of select yeast cells in a temperature-controlled environment.
