A small one-man winery in the Barossa Valley dedicated to producing natural terroir-driven wine. Only natural yeasts are used, and the winery is in the process of converting many of its vineyards to biodynamic production. Minimal sulphur is used (just before bottling), and additions such as acid and tannins are avoided. Wines are elegant and with great structure and intensity.
