One of my favorites. In the glas for few minutes to let it mingle. Gentle rounds and you will love it!
This wine didn't taste "corked", but spoiled. Did not like it at all. Was on sale at the corner store. Now I know why.
I was able to try this wine with Lamb, Prawns and clambs, and then Chicken...it was truly delicious with all of them to my surprise. I found the acidity comfortable, medium bodied with a clean lingering finish. For a 2006, young bottle, this wine was outstanding. Not dry, and not too earthy. I returned to the same restaurant 3 days in a row to enjoy this wine with different meals. For just $15.99 for a 2004, this is an outstanding value and makes for a very enjoyable experience with a variety of dishes. Easy 4 glass ranking.
