Tommasi Pinot Grigio Venezie IGT le Rosse 2011
I'm not usually a fan of white wine, but this is incredibly drinkable. Very clean and crisp without being overly fruity.Add winemaker's notes

Fresh fruit with a medium body and a nice smoothness. Touches of tropical fruit and apple. Nice balance throughout.
This is an incredibly easy wine that very resfreshing and smooth. Its fresh and light flavors make appetizers - thru dinners - an natural transition. Apparently Whole Foods has the market for this on the East Coast. And they cannot keep it in stock. I have tried to order form every where - maybe this will work :)
Golden color. Nose is pleasing. A little fruity, but very faint. First sip, nothing really special. Sort of a bland Pinot Grigio to be honest. Nothing remarkable. Slight effervescent quality. Very little mid palate; however, it does have a very smooth finish. Even though the alcohol is 12%, it does not finish that way. Not a bad Pinot, but definitely not better than some others I have had for >$17/bottle. I rate it around 85/100.
Pehmeä ja syvä, täyteläinen; herkku! Nautittu perinteisen tomaatti-mozzarellasalaatin kera.

Pleasant, with ripe peach and mineral character, with notes of flowers. Medium body, smooth finish. Drink now.
This Pinot Grigio has a note of candied fruit under white spirit, orange peel, almond and vanilla bean. A powerful nose, but not a complex one, with spicy overtones.
This is a weighty, corpulent wine, enlivened by a dash of citrusy acidity. Bold melon, ripe apple and dried spice flavors make for a satisfying mouthful that could pair with fish or light chicken dishes.
Tommasi presents a light and informal Pinot Grigio that would wash down beautifully with salad, grilled vegetables, fish or chicken. Fragrances here include ripe peach and honey and the wine offers a playful touch of sweetness in the mouth.
A bit more ample and rounded in style than many Pinot Grigios, the Tommasi still delivers the kind of crisp green apple flavors that fans of these Italian whites look for. Chiseled and spry enough for light shellfish preparations, its slightly honeyed texture and flavor also make it a great companion for richer meals such as salmon with beurre blanc.
