Ruby red color with complex and spicy aromas. In the mouth it has a sweet entrance with structured tannins. A gentle and persistent finish.

Medium red. Sweet, expressive aromas of currant, plum, tobacco and earth. Sweet, plump and soft, with nicely integrated acidity. Fairly broad and full on the back, finishing with dusty, palate-coating tannins and lingering sweetness.

Bright, dark red. Currant, pepper, graphite and flowers on the nose, with a strong flinty element. Densely packed but juicy, with enticing sweetness to its flavors of wild strawberry, raspberry, smoke, pepper and spices. The gunflint character follows through on the palate. Finishes with sweet, gentle tannins. Very fresh cabernet, with a vibrant suggestion of raw crushed red fruits.

Today, the Mendoza region of Argentina produces 70% of that countryrsquo;s wine, and in the Northern Hemisphere, we are truly enjoying the fruits of their bounty. The secret is in the water. Argentina has one of the worldrsquo;s oldest and best water distribution systems, offering the vineyards regular irrigation in an area where precipitation is minimal. This Cabernet is a luscious example of the rich red wines found in the region. The aromas of the nose presage the flavors of the wine. Ripe fruit, including Bing cherries, blueberries and black currant with a hint of smoke and a little spice box, is lively and upfront. With a medium to full body, the wine is lush and glides easily over the palate, finishing with supple tannins. Today, we taste, Tomero, we will purchase a second bottle to enjoy again!
