WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES: This delicious blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc hails from Tuscany and displays youthful, rich dark fruit, berry and cassis aromas meld with notable French oak spice. On the palate, Valdisanti is full-bodied with deep but reserved fruit flavors framed by rich oak. The excellent balance of fruit intensity with fine tannins indicates a cellar worthy wine.

More modern than old world. Rich black fruit, nice acidity, medium to big. Great with red pasta dishes and tuscan style beef (rosemary & garlic)...Had it at Pepolino NYC.
