Tolaini "Al Passo" Tuscany IGT 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

"This wine always fits the bill if you are looking for a plump, fruit-forward red wine to pair with grilled meat or sausages. The entry-level 2012 Al Passo is a Tuscan blend of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot that is aged in oak for 14 months (with an additional 12 months in bottle before release). This vintage offers jammy notes of dark fruit, raspberry preserves and baking spice. The presentation is clean and definitely on the sweet and simple side of the wine spectrum." Tolaini:
These wines come from a very special area at Tuscany: "Castelnuovo Berardegna" Great project, with the expert wine design of Michel Rolland. Incredible quality! Great wine on the way
