Puttonyos is the measure of sweetness in Tokaji Aszú, Hungary's most famous wine. There are six levels, with #6 representing the sweetest. Made from late-harvested, botrytis-affected grapes, Aszú is a highly concentrated, ageworthy dessert wine.
