Tohu Unoaked Chardonnay 2011

Member Review by jmm29:

This was the second of unoaked wines I've been trying. The color was the faintest of yellow, and it tasted SO MUCH more sophisticated then oaked chardonnay. More dry, I think, but still held the sweet notes I'm used to from a chardonnay.

The wine has a deep straw appearance with a clean bouquet of peach and apricot, with creamy, butterscotch tones. The wine is full bodied with an oily texture and soft finish.
