Tobin James Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles Blue Moon Reserve 2006
Not a bad Cab, but not a good one. Tobin James makes some great wines, but this isn't one of their best. Very lite on the palate with not a whole lot going on for a cab. Great nose and initial flavor, but nothing after that.
Four and a half glasses

This blend of five vineyards combines unique hillside, dry farmland low yield vines that produce this very intense, concentrated an varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. Delicious if drunk young, this wine has a tremendous structure that will allow it to age for many years to come.
