Food Pairings for Tishbi Shiraz Israel Kosher
This rich and velvety wine carries a fine balance between the aromas of delicious strawberries, cherries, ripe plums, toffee, and mocha coffee beans. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Winemaking: Produced from the first free-run superior juice, the grapes are gently pressed followed by a three week gradual and supervised fermentation. During this period, the grapes are left with their skins after which, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. The Shiraz was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and was bottled unfiltered. Good to drink now and will also continue to improve throughout the coming years.
