Tishbi Estate Shiraz 2010
100% Shiraz from the Kfar Yuval Vineyards. This rich and velvety wine carries a fine balance between the aromas of delicious strawberries, cherries, ripe plums, toffee, and mocha coffee beans. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and was bottled unfiltered. Good to drink now and will also continue to improve throughout the coming years.
This wine was so disappointing that I can't rule out the possibility it was just this bottle. No bouquet, acidic and bitter, no body. Tasted more like stagnant water than anything else. Once again, so bad that it may be just one damaged bottle. Won't give it a second chance though.
