Tintonegro Uco Valley 2011

External Review by Vines Wine and Spirits:

Tinto Negro's 2010 Malbec is rich, ripe and complex. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum are intertwined nicely with notes of spice, cedar, earthly tones. Well balanced and medium bodied.

Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

This Malbec is different from the cookie cuter generic ones we commonly get to taste. This wine offers fine dark berry notes, a soft texture and a nice acidity and tannins to balance the overall mouth feel. one of the greatest value on the market today.

A wonderful wine that does not exhibit the generic profile commonly offered by Argentine Malbecs. This is a Malbec with softness and freshness, displaying pretty fruit notes and a touch a light oak. A fantastic value.
