Wonderfully mature, old-world style Syrah. It has a rich mouthfeel and a dry finish. A good balance of tannins and fruit that is smooth enough for everyday drinking but with enough character to make it interesting.

I work for Syrah producer so I'm very picky on Syrahs but this one is great. Smokey with red fruit. Good meatiness to the wine with pepper, tannin and acid. Well balanced and nice finish.

Wine Tasting NotesThe wine has a deep purple color and intense aromas displaying some of the smoky/meaty characteristics of Syrah from the Northern Rhone region of France. A very full wine in the mouth, with flavors of dark fruit and hints of pepper and spice.
