Aromas of pain grille, pencil lead, espresso, blackberry and cassis. Lots of oak on the nose as well. Richly layered dark fruit on the palate. Nicely balanced tannin. Very nice. - Tasted at Marché Bacchus 7/3/10

I love-loved it when I bought 5 in 2007. I just drank one (2/22/10) and it is well past peak. Arghhh! I gambled and lost. I am new to "laying wine down" and am becoming very suspicious.
