On the nose, the wine was very complex, with blackberry jam, blueberry, nutmeg, dark chocolate, and cinnamon aromas followed by the slightest touch of fresh mint leaves. This was great with a pork chop and quail .. .60 percent Bonarda, 40 percent Malbec.

Quite rich and velvety on the palate., and finishes with just enough grip to make it a real winner with food. Pairs well with grilled or smoked meats such as beef, pork, and lamb. Also complements dishes prepared with cheese or cream sauces. This is some seriously sexy Malbec.
