Entiklar is situated in the southern part of South Tyrol (Unterland), where the wine road winds gently through the most attractive vineyards in the region. In this small hamlet, belonging to the village of Kurtatsch, blessed with a centuries-old tradition of winegrowing, there is a castle dating from the 12th century. Really nice Italian pinot grigio. A bit more stone fruit and softer acidity than your normal pinot gris. This comes across more like a Napa Sauv Blanc, well balanced and fresh but not overly citrusy.
