Winemaker's Notes:

Vinification Cool fermented to retain freshness and varietal intensity. Viticultural Detail The fruit was selected from low yielding vineyards on predominantly gravel soils. Winemakers Notes Classic characters of ripe Marlborough Fruit. Starts off with fresh cut hay aroma and tropical pineapple and moves onto slight mineral finish. Soft and round mid palate that evolves into a lovely limey acid finish, creating length and persistence.
