Our 2009 Three Saints Chardonnay opens with an inviting bouquet of Anjou pear, fuji apple, lemon zest, honeysuckle and a hint of wet stones. In the mouth, it is broad and giving without sacrificing verve. The fruit-driven characteristics found in the nose are joined by notes of orange blossom, honey and allspice. It finishes long with an emphasis on citrus, leaving one longing for just one more sip.
