Three Rocks Pinot Noir Arroyo Grande Valley 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

The idea for Three Rocks came about through Michael and Harmon’s many dealings with their quality winemakers throughout California’s finest wine growing regions. As the market for high-end wine receded during 2008 and 2009, some super quality juice became available that, if bottled under their primary label, would sell for $50 a bottle or more. Purchasing and bottling these wines under the Three Rocks label, allows us to deliver incredible value to the consumer!

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
