The first vintage for this cuvee and a blend of 100% Shiraz from all over McLaren Vale the 2010 Thomas Goss Shiraz was aged briefly in predominatly neutral oak. Inky and color and an upfront creamy and hedonistic Shiraz this gives up a solid bouquet of plum and smoky black fruits roasted meats thyme and a hint of mint to go with a rich full-bodied and fleshy palate weight and feel. Made by Ben Riggs this is a rock solid bottle of Shiraz meant for drinking over the coming handful of years. - Jeb Dunnuck Rhone Report The.
