The Paddock Shiraz Adelaide Hills 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Australian wine has all but revolutionised the way wine is marketed and sold across the world. With a country-wide focus on quality, accessibility and getting the best out of varietals, no-one can deny that a great Barossa or Coonawarra Shiraz, or a Hunter Valley Semillon isn't up there with the best wines in the world. This friendly, approachable Southern Australian red is rich with red fruit on the nose; plums and red berries carry through onto the palate and coupled with a good ripe tannin structure, this makes for a delectable summer drink. Pair with roast beef and al fresco dining for a truly enjoyable summer wine.
