The Manhattan Project Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
Upon opening the nose was pleasant, but the palate fell flat. Dry, slightly tannic but with little to no fruit flavor. After an hour or two in the glass it showed little improvement. It did fair slightly better when paired with a marinara based sauce. By day two the fruit flavors were slightly more pronounced, but not much.Add winemaker's notes

It's smooth, rich and well developed. I had at a restaurant and had to go buy it. This wine is a must try!
This is a great Cab and at this price it is a great value
The Manhattan Project Cabernet is an amazing wine. I first tried the wine from SIP Wines in Brooklyn and then fell in love with it. The wine had intense fruit and a beautiful finish. Highly recommend the wine.
Absolutely Love this wine! It has great body with some great cherry undertones. I purchased the wine from Martin Brother Wines on 107st and Broadway. They also have it at Heights Wine and Spirits.
By Far the EST Cabernet Sauv I ever had from Washington States . Smooth round finish with intense fruit. My first time having it was in Pasta Pasta Rest. I truely recommend this to everyone who loves a elegant CAB.
When I feel like having a glass of wine, I automatically think about The Manhattan Project Cabernet. Where else can you get a wine with such good quality and at an amazing price? All I have to say is that I am a TMP girl for many years to come. Highly recommend this wine!
