The Infamous Goose Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Member Review by puhnner:

Picked this up at Jubilation. Opens with pine tar and asphalt then bright under-ripe Peach, Apricot, and Kiwi. Then moves to Kiwi Strawberry. Very bright, high acidity and becomes more subdued as it sits in the glass. Still major notes of Lime, Kiwi, and Apricot. Not a big fan of Sauvignon Blanc, but liked the crispness and the acidity and the crazy opening notes of pine tar and how it changes in the glass.
