I rencently went to a restaurant in cornwall and sampled the crossings sauvignon blanc and it was fantastic. Best bottle of white i've ever drunk. I had a fish dish and it complemented it wonderfully. highly recommended

Colour: Vibrant with a crisp and subtle green hue.Bouquet: Dried herb and gunflint compliment gooseberry, passionfruit andpungent grassy aromas.Palate: Lime zest and white floral notes are framed by a structured yetsupple mid palate. Mouth-watering acidity with the Awatere'ssignature mineral background complete the persistent finish.Food Matching: Panfried calamari with coriander served with sourdough bread.
