Food Pairings for Terredora Dipaolo Falanghina
Editorial Reviews for Terredora Dipaolo Falanghina
- honey, pine resin, dried pineapple, candied lime, dried grass - Assertive acids up front but with rich, layered pear and pithy citrus fruit tones that fill out the mid-palate. There is a nice richness to this yet the backend has classic blanched almond and mineral notes that cut right through the fat and lead to a long, zesty finish. Spaghetti in white clam sauce. 90pts

Light bay leaf and orange blossom nose. Very nice flavor of honey, conifer tree and peaches. The finish is of orange rind with a nice tangy quality. A well made wine, very nice.
Crisp and refreshing tartness with tropical fruits and grapefruit gives way to buttery undertones and very mild oak, the balance is very good and the wine is enjoyable.
Golden yellow in color, citrus, grapefruit aromas, medium-bodied, med+ acidity, fresh lemon flavors. Would pair well with seafood, lighter meat dishes, nothing heavy

A clean-cut Campania white, offering fresh peach, citrus and mineral character, with a hint of white pepper. Medium-bodied, with a vibrant, balanced palate. Crisp and delicious. Drink now.
Wow. Fascinating aromas of minerals, pears, passion fruit and melons. Medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a minerally finish. Drink now.
Peaches and apples follow through to a full-bodied palate with lemon, honey and fruit flavors. Long. Drink now.
From one of the great families in Campania, this southern Italian is exotic and floral, with notes of floral, with notes of orange blossom and white flowers. It has all the aromatic pleasure of a great Northern Rhone white, but with a spine of crisp acidity. I have enjoyed it lately with pesce crudo, with shellfish and pasta, and while just sitting on the patio. To make it even more attractive, ti’s priced for everyday drinking or for use as an exciting wine by the glass.
This winery has won many prestigious awards for its wines. The Terredora Falanghina is delicate yet structured with characteristics of peach, pineapple, pear and light honey. It has an excellent balance of acidity and fruit and is unoaked. This is a full-bodied wine, with a long lasting, rich finish. Pair this wine with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, goat cheese bruschetta or pan-seared ahi tuna.
Aromas of peach pie and lemon follow through to a full-bodied palate, with bright acidity and a long, flavorful aftertaste. Drink now.
Aromas of lemon, apple and nutmeg lead to a full-bodied palate, with loads of fruit and a medium finish. This is always a very good value. Drink now.
