Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Crafted from 100% Sangiovese, this is a deep, ruby-colored red with the classic Maremma characteristics of ripe cherry fruit, earthy notes, and savory herbs. Medium-bodied; the palate is structured with a core of balanced acidity and well integrated, fine-grained tannins.

Superbly rich ruby-red appearance. Classic Maremma characteristics on the nose, with crisp fruit fragrances melding beautifully with earthy notes. The palate exhibits a solid structure with impressive depth, and a judicious equilibrium between alcoholic warmth and tannic weave. Very long tasty finish.
